Summary

N.Khatiashvili graduated from Tbilisi State University (Georgia) in 1978 (Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics). From 1978 to 1980 she was a PhD student at the same University and in 1986 she received her PhD degree under supervision of Academician Andria Bitsadze.
N.Khatiashvili works at the I.Vekua Institute of Applied Mathematics since 1978. From 1980 to present N. Khatiashvili is the Scientific Researcher and Lecturer at the I.Vekua Institute of Applied Mathematics of Tbilisi State University.
She published 66 scientific works.
She is a member of AMS, SIAM, international Association of Engineers (IAENG), reviewer of the journal MATHREW, a member of the editorial bord of the journal "Reports of Enlarged Sessions of Seminars of I.Vekua Institute of Applied Mathematics".
During 1992-2008 She was the invited lecturer at the Tbilisi state University. In 2022 she has received the best paper award at the World Congress of Engineers for the paper: N. Khatiashvili, "On the Creeping Flow in Prismatic Pipes," IAENG International Journal of Applied Mathematics, vol. 52, no. 4, pp1144-1149, 2022.
