Registration Fee
The registration fee includes participation, conference materials, coffee breaks, and social events: excursion (not for workshops-only registration) and dinner. The registration fee for an accompanying person includes only social events.
Please note, that EPN workshop participants do NOT pay the registration fee and do NOT register on EasyChair! They have to register at EPN website
Registration is free for students and scientists affiliated with Georgian and Ukrainian universities. For this purpose, please contact to the event secretary, Ana Idadze, at idadzeanna@gmail.com

Refund policies
A refund request received until August 15th (included) is eligible for a refund of the fees with a 50 Euro cancellation fee.
After August 15th and until August 31th (included), there will be a partial refund of 50% of the fees.
There will be no refunds after August 31th.
Single event registrations are transferable if a delegate is unable to attend the Conference.
