We ask all the prospective speakers of the seminar to upload the abstract of the presentation before March 20, 2017 in the system. The abstract of the presentation should be submitted in English (Georgian participants should submit also in Georgian), in accordance with the templates (see Geo.doc and Eng.doc) and should not exceed one A4 format pages in each language (Please do not change fonts, paper sheets and fields sizes stated in the template; in case of co-authors, please indicate the speaker). Each participant as a speaker/co-speaker is allowed to present a paper on at most two different sections.
The peer-reviewed manuscripts will be published. The source TEX and the corresponding PDF files of the English version of the talk, prepared using the template and not exceeding four A4-format pages should be uploaded in the system before May 31, 2017.
Opening of the Seminar is on April 19, 2017, at 14:00 at I.Vekua Institute of Applied Mathematics (University str. 11).
As usual on April 23 at 16:00 a visit to the Mtatsminda Pantheon is planned, where Ilia Vekua is buried.
The organizers of the XXXI International Enlarged Sessions of the Seminar of Ilia Vekua Institute of Applied Mathematics are pleased to announce competition for the TICMI Prize for graduate and post graduate students presenting their original work at the conference.
The amount of the prize is 250GEL.
The student who wish to be considered for this prize must be the first author, presenting his (her) own work, and need to indicate his (her) competition entry when submitting the abstract.
This award will be based on originality of research and quality of presentation delivery. The special session for students will be organized. The winner will be identified by the TICMI Prize Committee and Award announcements will be made by the closing of the XXXI International Enlarged Sessions of the Seminar.
