Registration Fee

The regular/student registration fee includes participation, conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches and social events: welcome party, excursion and dinner. The workshop/school registration fee includes participation, coffee breaks and lunches (on the workshop/school days only) and social events: excursion and dinner. The registration fee for an accompanying person includes only social events.

Registration is free for students and scientists affiliated with Georgian and Ukrainian universities. For this purpose, please contact to the event organizers.

Refund policies

A refund request received until August 22th (included) is eligible for a refund of the fees with a 50 Euro cancellation fee.
There will be no refunds after August 22th.
The registrations are transferable if a delegate is unable to attend the Conference.
